I started buing from this online store recently, & I absolutely love it! They have a great selection of clothes, jewelry, etc that fits within my budget. I would definitely recommend it. I'm so glad I discovered Rue 21.

This site is a bit sketchy, but their clothes ended up being good. It was really comfortable material. I bought a bunch of clothes from there for cheap and wasn't disappointed with quality or way it looks (sometimes it looks completely diff from website). The only problem was returns. The site doesn't have a live/online chat which is the only thing I primarily use for help. I emailed them and they told me like 5 days later for me to package it up and return it. My question was clearly "is there a certain link I go to to start the return?". Obviously I need to notify them somehow I'm returning their stuff. I can't just leave it outside on my porch and expect to get my money back. I emailed them again asking for a link and they said a super vague answer like "our return process is easy! Package it up and put your label then bring it to nearest post office!" Like are you kidding me? WHERE DO I GET THE LABEL?! Yeah, so if you think you might want to return something = horrible customer service. Besides that, the clothes were pretty good. I just wanted to return something because I spent too much money.

The staff there are always so friendly and helpful! The clothes are super cute and reasonably priced.

I've ordered a few things from rue21. The first thing I ordered, a plaid dress, came in a reasonable amount of time and in good quality. So, I ordered a necklace for my friend for her birthday, but the necklace broke 2 weeks later. I contacted support to get a refund because no way should something break THAT easily, and they issued me a $2.97 refund, even though the necklace was close to $7. I let it slide, but the next time I ordered something from them (another dress), it was too big on me, but when I looked into returning it, there was no packaging receipt in the bag it was shipped in. I once again contacted support, and for 2 weeks, they never got back to me. I had to drive 30 minutes to the closest rue21 store and get my money back, which was pretty frustrating. I'd say just shop somewhere else.

I ordered 2 different times within 2 weeks at a reasonable price and great sale going on for Christmas. Both orders came within a week with everything I ordered and good quality clothes. One of my items from one of my orders was out of stick but it got refunded back to my card! You should definitely check them out with cool clothes you wouldn't normally see

I adore my Rue 21 all their clothes seem to fit me nicely and have good fashion sense I always get compliments everywhere I go people asking where did you get that it's so different unique and looks really awesome on you. They definitely appeal to the way I want to look and the look I am feeling that day whether it be spunky' sexy ‘or just straight up Punk grunge/relaxed lol Thank you so much Rue 21.

The rue 21 in guntersville Al is the cleanest store I've been in in a long time. The employee were amazing and wonderful!

Waiting for my package was very disappointing. It took two whole weeks. No one contacted me back when I reached out. The package label was made 6 days before they sent the package out. I started to think I wasn’t getting my items. It sucks because the actual store is the reason I decided to shop online

I absolutely love Rue 21 with all my heart. However, I feel like they need an app since the website is pretty slow and doesn't let you save clothing. Other than that, it's amazing !! All my orders came so fast, and the plus size section is lovely.

I will definitely be ordering my shirts from here from now own . Amazing clothing I placed a order at 1:30 am and paid for next day shipping and got my clothes the very next day just like I wanted reading theses reviews I just don’t understand my experience on the phone with them was great I thought I wasn’t gonna get
Next day shipping but the customer service representative explained to me that my package was out for delivery it just wasn’t popping up yet, their customer service is wonderful they’re very polite they’re very understanding they’re very conversational they are a “customers come first” type of Business DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Website needs a serious revamp. Their shipping prices are outrageous, and they’re “ship to store” price is not much better. (Seriously, who still charges for direct to store shipping? Crazy.) Definitely not worth it for the quality of clothes they sell. They barely ever restock on popular items.
